Warning messages are simply there to inform you of unexpected events during the backup. They do not mean that your backup file is incomplete, or invalid. If you want reassurance, please, feel free to contact the Support Team.
When backing up, on the page titled "Save As" click the drop down menu by Location and select \Storage Card
