  • Moto Q Internet Connection broken after restore

  • Databases could not be backed up
    If the backup report says “databases could not be backed up”, please use the Ask us to provide further information so that we can investigate further. Please attach the files in the \Temp\Log folder on the device.

  • Is Sprite Backup 6 compatible with Orange Windows Mobiles?
    Yes. For the full edition, please download the latest Orange-signed version from here: Sprite Backup 6.1.0

  • Does Sprite Backup 6 support QQVGA devices? No. There are very few of these devices available, and we have discontinued retail support for this resolution.
