Sprite Software Ltd. Announces its Incorporation within the United States of America

AUCKLAND, NZ. – December 20, 2006 - Sprite Software Ltd. today announced the incorporation of Sprite Mobile Inc. pursuant to the General Corporation Law of Delaware. The incorporation will help facilitate Sprite Mobile to provide solutions for individuals and businesses to assure the security, availability, and integrity of their mobile device information.
