German Moreno - Head of QA & Support
German is a knowledgeable QA professional, with over seven years experience ensuring the software industry develops flawless solutions that meet the requirements of industry, clients and end-users. Following University where he achieved a Bachelor of Information Technology and post-graduate Business qualifications from the University of Auckland, German started his career working as a networking support/administrator. It was in software integration testing that he discovered his passion for QA, a role he performed for several other software companies prior to joining Sprite in 2003 as QA support. He later became QA Manager responsible for not just QA but also Support managing release processes, documentation/ technical writing, liaising with OEM’s. He has a strong passion for new technology, particularly mobile devices. Outside of Sprite his interests are dancing, football and martial arts.
Tama McCallum - Customer Support Manager
Tama is the final piece in the support team puzzle. Whilst the younger member of the management team Tama has wisdom and experience way beyond this years. Using his boundless enthusiasm and technical flair he makes sure our support department skillfully solve any customers’ issues professionally. He and his team know the Sprite applications inside outside, back to front and can solve even the most complex customer questions. Tama’s hobbies are music – classical singing and piano, and reading copious amounts of books.
