Please send your log file - we would like to see it. Pocket Backup does a full registry backup and restore, so assuming that the backup was made after PocketTV was installed and registered, it should be restored. Did you do a soft reset after the restore?

Thanks, we have received your log file. It looks fine. We will download a copy of Pocket TV and test to see if we can find the cause of the problem.
