I have been using Pocket Backup for about 6 mos. now and have loved it. However, my IPAQ 3850 has been crashing more than usual. now when I try to restore from pocket backup I get a screen that comes up from "Just in Time Debugger" that filesys.exe needs to be debugged and do I want to do it. Well the comp. freezes up at that point. When I do a soft reset it reverts to a brand new system with no backup. I don't know where this Just in Time debugger came from although I did notice it is a plug in Xtqsetup. That programs on my main comp though. Thanks for any help you can give.

Hi Jeff,
We have not seen this problem before. Do you have a lot on data on your iPAQ? Have you tried moving large files around, or saving large documents in, say, Pocket Word? It sounds like it may be a device driver problem.
Can you please try the suggestions above - if the results are similar to what you see in Pocket Backup, then I suggest that you contact Compaq support.
Also, please let us know what version of Pocket Backup you are using.
I just had the same thing happen to me except that I had just done a backup and it told me to soft reset my device. When I did I got the "Just in time debugger" with filesys.exe had performed an illegal operation. Another soft reset didn't help so now I have to hard reset. ARG!
Any help would be appreciated!
