Hi, I've tried using the latest v.1.1.0.1 version, and when performing a restore, it will fail at the very end, when restoring the registry. It just hangs there. I've left it for 6 hours, and still, no registry restore. I'd love to license the software, but if it can't restore the registry, it becomes uselessly ineffective. I use a T-Mobile PocketPC Phone.
Any ideas?
There is no reason that we are aware of for this to happen. We will investigate further and let you know.
Please send the log file that was generated to support@spritesoftware.com. It is called : \Temp\BackupLog.txt. This may help to shed light on your problem.

Forgetting: Casio E200
I also have the EXACT same issue. Unfortunatley I have PAID for this software (three days ago!).
I also have a Casio E200.
Having a backup software which cannot restore is
a SERIOUS problem.
Please help in resovling this!

PS: I was going to recommend this software to my University's ITS department.... now I would feel very foolish.....
Backups that don't restore aren't....
