<p>
In using Ipaq Backup, is there an ability to call the backup program with a switch from within another program.  ie.. when closing the program, can I call the exe with a switch that backs up in the background without an addtional user interface?

iPAQ Backup Version 1 does not have a non-interactive mode, so that the answer to your question is basically "NO".
