Pocket Backup Slow Startup<br>

I have installed registered version of pocket backup version 1.0.1.1 on my pda (toshiba e570). I use this software to do an full backup (35MB) to memorex 128MB sd card. Pocket takes 2 - 3 mins to load every time. Is this supposed to be so or is it a problem you are looking into?

<br>Also I would like this program to start up with no selection as I do not always want to do a complete backup.

<br>Finally any chance of indicating on your site what the current version is? Or do you notify registered customers of updates via email

Hi, thanks for your feedback.  When Pocket Backup starts it loads the tree control with the names of the files on your Pocket PC.  If you have a lot of files, this can take some time.  This is the cause of the delay you are experiencing.  
<br>
<br>Start up with no selection is a candidate for a backup/restore option in a future version, although this feature will not be appearing soon.  This is a good idea and is the sort of feedback we are looking for.
<br>
<br>The web site is going through continuous change (not all of it is apparent to users - much is "behind the scenes") and I would expect to see the current version number shown on the home page in the next few weeks.
