Sean, I have the same problem as Mike and agree with Bob. The restore operation is a real pain if I have to delete menu entries (btw, I have tried deleting the dup menu entries and get an error "unable to remove item").

I'm running a corporate deployment of 50+ iPAQ 3970s, and I expect the backup utility to perform a clean restore, both to make my life easier pushing images to new devices as well as to provide my users a tool to do regular backups.

If Sprite Clone is the answer, then THAT should be the backup utility included in corporate sales (and consumer sales, imho).
