Can you please send the backuplog.txt file to support@spritesoftware.com
The only incidence we have previously seen of this happening is when the operating system fails to dynamically reallocate memory from program memory to storage memory - i.e. it does not keep up with the rate at which we are restoring data.
I suggest that you perfom partial restores and see if this helps. For example, restore all the storage card contents first, and then restore select folders.
