Pocket Backup uses the standard File Open and File Save As dialogs that come with the operating system, so if the folder names are not as you would expect, then it's probably a quirk with the standard dialog (there are a few). Was the folder in the root, or in a sub-folder (which unless it's under My Documents.. doesn't get displayed in the folder list.
